1. Content Types

• Embed
  Users can insert content from third-party services via embed codes (e.g., YouTube videos).
  There is no file size limit since the content is not uploaded directly.
  Example embed links are provided below.
• Upload
  Users can upload files directly to the system.
  Maximum size per file: 64 MB
  Total storage quota per account: 512 MB
  Allowed file types must comply with system policies.
  Users cannot upload files if the quota or file size exceeds the limits.
• Link
  Users can insert external URLs/links that point to online content.
  There is no storage quota since the content is stored outside the system.
  The system must validate URLs to ensure they are safe and valid.
